#170: Flash dies when playing to a remote server

I have a PA server locally installed and running, casting via RTP to
another machine in the LAN. When I use the local server in padevchooser,
flash apps' audio work fine, but when I select the remote server as
default output (and restart the browser and the flash app), the Flash app
dies with SIGABRT. No backtrace :-(.
I should mention that the Flash app appears to be using ALSA pulse
emulation (NOT padsp).
