#181: Combine volume meters and volume control in one application

When installing Pulseaudio on my system, I get a whopping number of 6 menu
items to my Sound & Video applications menu, which seems huge to me for
what I would call a technical "sound management" application.
A way to start reducing the number of items is to combine the Playback and
Recording volume meter and the Volume control into one application. These
three programs are indeed very related to each other, and often used
together.
