So I figure this is a n issue in PRIO_INHERIT and not in PA?
I will close this bug now, feel free to reopen if it actually is an error
in PA.
PI is not that important, without too bad effects you should be able to
comment the lines in PA which set this flag for the mutexes. i.e. the
#ifdeffed lines in pa_mutex_new().
