#318: Pulse segfaults when trying to move a stream from a2dp to normal sink

When I move a stream from a alsa-sink of my sound card to the alsa-sink of
my a2dp headset all's fine, but it segfaults when I try to go the other
way around.
Attached are debug logs and a trace.
