#385: Audio stream gets crackly when switching to and from Bluetooth headset

If I am playing audio to my A2DP Bluetooth headset via {{{module-
bluetooth-device}}}, if I live switch the audio stream back and forth from
between my headset and my speakers, the audio played on the headset
gradually gets cracklier, until it sounds like complete crap.
After about 5 switches, there is more gap and crackle in the sound than
there is normal audio.
Stopping and starting the audio stream fixes the issue.
