#381: bug in the EsounD emulation of PulseAudio causing gnome-panel to freeze ------------------------------+--------------------------------------------- Reporter: timrichardson | Owner: lennart Type: defect | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: Component: module-esound-* | Severity: major Resolution: | Keywords: ------------------------------+--------------------------------------------- Comment (by timrichardson):
Sjoerd, I've had to pull Pulseaudio from my laptop, because this problem was driving my crazy. I found a few Ubuntu threads on launchpad (eg https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/226342) which seem similar to my problem, and I don't think it's going to be solved except by later versions. The Debian packages seem pretty old (0.9.10). I hope you can put a later one to Debian experimental soon. -- Ticket URL: <http://pulseaudio.org/ticket/381#comment:3> PulseAudio <http://pulseaudio.org/> The PulseAudio Sound Server _______________________________________________ pulseaudio-tickets mailing list pulseaudio-tickets@mail.0pointer.de https://tango.0pointer.de/mailman/listinfo/pulseaudio-tickets
