#425: Assertion PA_SINK_OPENED failed for remapped sink

Pulseaudio intermittently aborts with:
E: sink.c: Assertion 'PA_SINK_OPENED(s->thread_info.state)' failed at
pulsecore/sink.c:424, function pa_sink_render(). Aborting.
This happens when a sample is played (tested with play-sample in the CLI),
but not all the time. This problem only occurs when I play sounds through
a remapped sink. See attachment for configuration details. I have tested
with all local ALSA configuration disabled.
