we have packagers for a reason: to not require everyone to follow
upstream. I am sorry if this means that things are more difficult than
necessary for people who like to compile their stuff on their own. But
please understand my perspective: I lose a lot of time doing
maintainership of PA, and I am interested to keep this low.
