#442: pasuspender doesn't default server name to "pulseaudio"

In the past pasuspender defaulted the name of the server to "pulseaudio",
so that commands like:
pasuspender -- jackd
would work. This seems no longer to be so. Now a user has to enter a
command like:
pasuspender -s "pulseaudio" -- jackd
I find this unnecessary and confusing, particularly given the state of the
man page. At any rate I and a couple of other readers of the Fedora List
were confused.
