#445: playing flash video breaks sound

playing a flash video in firefox is breaking the sound
console message:
E: shm.c: Invalid shared memory segment size
ALSA lib ../../pulse/pulse.c:272:(pulse_connect) PulseAudio: Unable to
connect: Connection refused
my system is a debian lenny amd64
firefox is 32bit (but the same happens on 64bit iceweasel with nsplugin)
flash is 10.0.15.3
all sound/pulse packages are the experimental ones(meaning latest
pulseaudio, alsa, lib32 and so on),
the unstable packages would work fine except they were crashing every half
an hour..
please tell me what additional information you need
