#528: Pulseaudio asserts when moving a stream to an already playing audio
driver.

While playing audio in MPD on a specific audio card, then I try to move a
stream (flash firefox alsa plugin) playing on another sound card to this
sound card I get the following assertion:
E: sink.h: Assertion 'pa_object_refcnt(pa_object_cast(o)) > 0' failed at
./pulsecore/sink.h:154, function pa_sink_assert_ref(). Aborting.
I can reproduce everytime. This is on Gentoo, though I am not using the
gentoo package:
