#547: pulseaudio-0.9.15 fails with emu10k1

I have just upgraded from pulseaudio-0.9.14 to 0.9.15. It no longer
provides any sound output with my SB Live card, failing (when run with
-vvvv) with numerous underruns in alsa-sink.c, and the occasional overrun
in alsa-source.c. This occurs however output is attempted, whether via
paplay, libcanberra or the alsa pulseaudio plugin.
It looks as if there might be a driver bug involved, because 0.9.15 works
fine on another (slower) machine using the via82xx driver.
I use the stock emu10k1 driver in the linux 2.6.29.1 kernel. Would you
like me to test with the driver in alsa-drivers-1.0.19?
