#569: Setting volume for sink with 2 many channel volumes crashs PA

calling pa_context_set_sink_input_volume with a pa_cvolume that has more
channels than the sink causes PA to segfault.
Reproducible every time with pulseaudio 0.9.14 (ubuntu jaunty)
I know apps should do this correctly but PA should not crash it should
just ignore incorrect input
