#596: Jumpy audio

When I playing any sound, I can hear some random "ticks" that increases
when CPU use increases.
When CPU use increases fast the playing completely jumps.
This happens because I added "tsched=0" to /etc/pulse/default.pa, without
this addition sound is near unusable.
$ lsusb
