Thanks coling, I will check with that udev module.
I used hw:0 because the front:0 failed.
I already reported alsa ([https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-
bug/view.php?id=4650]) that the driver doesn't provide automatically a
plughw access for pulseaudio.
Seems to be the same problem, need to track if the alsa driver doesn't
provide correct infos or if hal was the culprit which udev won't be.
