Also, we fixed a couple of issues regarding non-covered mixer elements
(which your problem seems to be) in the latest PA release (0.9.20). Please
ask your Ubuntu maintainers to update their packages accordingly. If the
problem persists, then file a bug in Launchpad and let the Ubuntu
maintainers escalate it to us. Thanks.
