It may be helpful to let the user set which tab should be displayed when
pavucontrol starts.
example, where current policy fails to be useful:
trying to find out, whether application makes a noise or not.
In such case I open pavucontrol and then do the action that might trigger
(annoying) sound effect.
By default (if there are no output streams) I get to "output devices"
tab..
I would appreciate if there was a simple "tab" command line argument..
