In module-stream-restore (dbus interface) handle_add_entry doesn't set
ENTRY_VERSION for new entry, causing for example assertion failure in
handle_entry_get_all, when read_entry fails. This patch fixes that.
(btw. there wasn't Component for module-stream-restore)
