I'm not really sure but I think the number arguments (e.g. args.0) are
mapped to the named arguments, so args.CARD will be the same as args.0 and
$CARD = $0, but I really don't know for sure... I'm only really going on
what I managed to scrape together from reading the files in
/usr/share/alsa :p
