#897: include vumeter samples in the remote protocol

Currently, in order for, say, ''pavucontrol'' to be able to show vumeters
for a remote source it has to receive the source (i.e. over the network)
and measure the levels. It would be nicer (to the network) if
''pavucontrol'' could ask the remote daemon instead to measure the levels
on a source and just tell it what they are.
