might be related, but it is different, if I add
--factpath=/var/lib/puppet/lib/facter (it's set to that in
/etc/puppet/puppet.conf anyhow) there is no change.
If I set --factpath=/var/lib/puppet/lib/facter and
--factdest=/var/lib/puppet/lib/facts, there is still no change.
