In http://reductivelabs.com/trac/puppet/wiki/InstallationGuide, the code
showing how to install via gem requires a '/' at the end of the URL (E.G.
gem install --remote --source http://reductivelabs.com/downloads/ facter).
Otherwise gem looks for yaml file at the webserver's root.
I'm using ruby 1.8.6p114 and rubygems 1.1.0.
