Comment:

 OpenBSD's pkg_add has different meaning of -r option. I don't know at all
 about NetBSD's.

 It is found that FreeBSD's pkg_add requires "-r" even if PKG_PATH contains
 remote URI. Accutually, pkg_add with -r ignores PKG_PATH.
