proxy instead of webrick as well. Fixed by commenting out the
"SSLCARevocationFile" line and reloading apache.
Strangely enough, after puppetd --test ran fine one time, I re-enabled
SSLCARevocationFile and restarted Apache/Puppetmaster. The problem has not
yet returned. *Is puzzled*
