It would be nice before introducing a new .pp file to puppetmaster to check the 
syntax via some command line option like perl and ruby have (ie perl -c 
test.pl)  Since bad puppet recipes cause pupppetmaster to stop working properly 
(some of the issues I've seen in this thread)
