Status changed from Needs design decision to Rejected

At this point, I don't think this falls under the purview of Puppet.  If your 
OS is broken, then it's an OS problem and rarely will it be Puppet's job to fix 
it.

Puppet's job is to make it easier for you to pick a better OS. :)
