Issue #475 has been updated by luke. Subject changed from LVM support to Puppet should be able to manage LVM partitions and filesystems
---------------------------------------- Feature #475: Puppet should be able to manage LVM partitions and filesystems http://projects.reductivelabs.com/issues/show/475 Author: tim Status: Accepted Priority: Normal Assigned to: community Category: newfeature Target version: unplanned Complexity: Unknown Patch: None Affected version: 0.24.4 Keywords: I'd like to see a way to create/manage LVM partitions from puppet. This would be convenient when one uses DRBD from within a Xen domU. The code should: * Check if a given LVM partition exists, * Check if a given LVM partition is of the correct size and if not, resize it, * Check if a given LVM partition contains the desired filesystem.
