Bug #1480: Experiencing a significant memory leak in the puppetmaster daemon
http://projects.reductivelabs.com/issues/show/1480

Author: bretm
Status: Closed
Priority: Normal
Assigned to: andrew
Category:
Target version: 0.24.6
Complexity: Unknown
Affected version: 0.24.4
Keywords: memory leak

We currently have a puppetmaster running between 10-20 clients, checking in on
~5min intervals.  Once a day, we hit out-of-memory errors on the puppetmaster;
the situation is eliminating by restarting the puppetmaster service.

The puppetmaster is running Fedora 8, and the leak has been seen in 0.24.4 and
0.24.5.

If 0.25 rpms are available, I'd be happy to test those.
