Feature #1717: If neither size nor age is specified, tidy should operate on all
files

Complexity: Unknown
Affected version: 0.24.6

If you want to remove a file with tidy, you are required to include either
'size', 'age', or both. However, if neither size nor age is specified, tidy
should work off of all files, in the same way that specifying "size => 0" does.
I otherwords, if neither size nor age is specified, tidy should assume that
*any* size files of *any* age apply.

Note: This was
[[http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=500852]]reported as a
feature request by a Debian user, I'm just punting it upstream :)
