Bug #1755: puppet fails to address classes in another (top-level) namespace
http://projects.reductivelabs.com/issues/show/1755

Author: immerda
Status: Unreviewed
Priority: Normal
Assigned to:
Category:
Target version:
Complexity: Unknown
Affected version: 0.24.6
Keywords:

As discussed with luke the following code snippet should work:

<pre>
class php {
    fail("php")
}

class apache::foobar::php {
    notice("yeah2")
    include '::php'
}

class apache::foobar::webhosting_php {
    include apache::foobar::php
}

class somehost {
    include apache::foobar::webhosting_php
}

include somehost
notice("yeah")
</pre>

however it doesn't load the class php from the different namespace. it still
tries to include itself.
