Bug #1792: ralsh shouldn't report on properties that return nil

Currently ralsh does this test for non-existent properties.
<pre>
if value == "" or value == []
</pre>
(which could probably be replaced with value.empty?)
but it seems like it should ignore nil at least, and possibly :absent.
The question of :absent depends on what it is that ralsh is meant to do....
If you say do:
<pre>
ralsh file /no-such-file
</pre>
should it return a manifest of the form:
<pre>
file { "/no-such-file":
ensure => absent,
}
</pre>
?
It depends whether ralsh is intended to model non-existent objects as well or
not, so I thought I'd throw this out as a question before submitting a patch.
