exec { "tar -zxf ../$dist":
                cwd     => "/opt/foot",
                creates => "/opt/foot/lib",
                require => Exec["get-foot"],
                path    => "/bin",
                onlyif  => "nc -z $dns 1000",
                before  => Exec["createsymlink"],
        }

The tar never runs because 'nc' is in /usr/bin and not /bin, but no error is
raised that nc is not found.

Adding "/usr/bin" to path works fine. However I think this should raise an
error flag, especially when running in the client in debug.
