I don't think this is SELinux then. There is not way that it can trigger on a) a host without the bindings and b) a host with SELinux disabled. I think this is a furphy. Although it'd have been nice if this was identified during the release candidate cycle - of which there were two - rather than AFTER the release but c'est la vie.
