Bug #1869: Not all providers loaded because of ImportErrors

On one of our systems a recipe didn't work which did work on another host with
the exact same configuration. Turns out that the Dir.glob() from the
util/autoload.rb method loadall returned files in a different order. In the
failure case it tried to load the "directoryservice" group provider before all
the others. On other servers that provider cam in the end.

The fix is:

The same happened in bug #312 but I don't know enough about Ruby to know why
this happens.
