Keywords set to rug, sles
The rug provider reports the following when an update is not found:
Mar 10 15:00:41 mg16 puppetd[26470]:
(//Node[linuxnode]/uptimeagent/Package[uptimeagent]) Failed to
retrieve current state of resource: Could not get latest version:
Execution of '/usr/bin/rug list-updates' returned 1: No updates are
available.
The failed to retrieve current state of resource message seems misleading. rug
list-updates is saying there are no updates available, hence the current
version of the package is installed.
"rug if" can confirm the current version and status indicating no updates
available as well.
