Commit 0aa86e9 (conf/redhat/*.init: Fix condrestart/try-restart) on the 
feature/master/initscripts at git://jet.mox.net/~tmz/puppet.git fixes this.  It 
should be applied on top of commit 3fa384e (conf/redhat/client.init: Fix #2123, 
status options on older RHEL) from the same location.
