A second report from store.rb in the same minute overwrites the first report.
This was a problem for me when I was calling "service{"puppetd" restart" (I
have already worked around)
I am not sure if this use case is valid, but calling puppetd restart seems to
be required in some cases where puppet is changing the puppet.conf file.
