spec/integration/file_serving/content.rb will generate the spurious test
failure:
should use the file_server terminus when the 'puppet' URI scheme is used,
no host name is present, and the process name is 'puppet' (FAILED - #)
unless it is run with either spec/unit/indirector/file_content/file_server.rb
or spec/integration/indirector/file_content/file_server.rb. Order does not
seem to be important (so touching the spec files has no effect).
This is probably caused by a missing "require" in
spec/integration/file_serving/content.rb
