As long as this puppetmaster doesn't come up, you have some other problems and the ssl problem is simply a consequence of these problems. for further debugging please use the mailinglist, as it is the better way to get support (also more people attend there). It will also be easier to figure out there an appropriate bug description and then create a new report.
