this is confusing, its not clear when they are exceptable, in fact, considering
this follows this example, they are not acceptable, one of these lines requires
a semi-colon, some require commas.

'/etc/sudoers':
owner => 'root',
group => 'root',
mode => '644';
'/usr/sbin/sudo':
owner => 'root',
group => 'root',
mode => '4111'
}
