Target version changed from Rowlf to Statler

----------------------------------------
Bug #1757: File mode is printed as decimal instead of octal
http://projects.reductivelabs.com/issues/1757

Author: Luke Kanies
Status: Code Insufficient
Priority: Normal
Assigned to: Luke Kanies
Category: RAL
Target version: Statler
Affected version: 0.24.6
Keywords:
Branch: luke/tickets/master/1757

When you use ralsh (or anything using the RAL internally) to print file modes,
it's printed as decimal instead of octal:
<pre>
l...@phage(0) $ touch /tmp/test
l...@phage(0) $ ralsh file /tmp/test
file { '/tmp/test':
    type => 'file',
    checksum => '{md5}d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e',
    selrole => '',
    seltype => '',
    mode => '420',
    owner => '501',
    selrange => '',
    group => '0',
    ensure => 'file',
    seluser => ''
}
l...@phage(0) $
</pre>
