When Puppet is started with the --listen option Puppet listens on all
IP-addresses that are configured on the machine.

# netstat -ntpl|grep 8139
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:8139 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN 1505/ruby
#

It would be nice if the listen-address would be configurable like the
This way it is possible to make Puppet listen for puppetruns only on the
configured IP-address.
