Issue #3494 has been updated by Rein Henrichs. Status changed from Unreviewed to Needs more information Assigned to set to James Turnbull
rake reports:import does track reports that are already in the system. It does not re-import reports that have the same hostname and timestamp as an existing report (which is the only way we can uniquely identlfy reports). If you run rake reports twice, it will skip all the reports imported previously and tell you how many reports were skipped. ---------------------------------------- Feature #3494: Report import doesn't track state http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/3494 Author: James Turnbull Status: Needs more information Priority: Normal Assigned to: James Turnbull Category: Target version: Keywords: rake report import state Branch: Each time rake reports:import is run it re-imports all the reports in Puppet. This is obviously double/triple/etc handling. Dashboard should keep track of what reports it already knows about. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
