Assigned to changed from Paul Lathrop to James Turnbull

----------------------------------------
Feature #1999: Provider "apt" for the package resource can't downgrade
http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/1999

Author: Tim Stoop
Status: Ready for Testing
Priority: High
Assigned to: James Turnbull
Category: package
Target version: Rowlf
Affected version: 0.25.4
Keywords: apt, apt-get, version, downgrade, package
Branch: ticket/0.25.x/1999

To allow apt to downgrade to an older version of a package then the one
installed, it needs the --force-yes option. One way around is, is to use the
aptitude provider instead. However, it would be great if this option can be
added only when a specific version is given for a package.
