The proposed syntax: puppetcpp <global options> [command] <command options> Where the "command" will default to "compile" with the existing behavior. Initially there will be two commands: "compile" and "parse". The latter will be new functionality that generates parsed and validated AST files (specific format TBD, but YAML output is sufficient for initial work).
