pkgadd -d has two meanings: Devices or datastreams. In the latter invocation,
you can say
{{{
pkgadd -d http://packages.company.com/EXMPLpkg all
}}}
And it will pull the stream via HTTP and install it.
Datastreams can also be local, however.
sun.rb needs some way to know we want a datastream instead of a device so it
can build the proper command.
