I want to write puppet module document (with UTF-8 characters).
But n puppet/util/rdoc.rb, rdoc options are coded as:
options = [ "--fmt", "puppet",
"--quiet",
"--force-update",
"--op", outputdir ]
rdoc needs --charset option to render HTML with UTF-8 (or other than ASCII).
I locally edited this file to add '"--charset", "UTF-8",', but it's better
uses to be able to choose charset as puppetdoc's option.
