I was hoping the fix in 5825 would address this issue as well - glad to have you confirm it. Perhaps we should update the summary/description on 5825 to reflect the breadth of the scenarios fixed by the change, and mark this one as a dup of that? And yeah, +1 on acceptance tests around this.
