Trying to ensure a file exists when a parent directory doesn't exist gives this
unhelpful error message:
err: //File[/home/nick/foo/bar]/ensure: change from absent to present
failed: Could not set present on ensure: No such file or directory -
/home/nick/foo/bar at /home/nick/puppet/puppet/test.pp:3
`file { '/home/nick/foo/bar':
ensure => present
}`
The message should mention that the parent directory doesn't exist.
