Trying to enable storeconfigs on latest version of Puppet 2.6 pulled from git 
on Enterprise Linux 5 x86_64. Installed via ruby ./install.rb from the git 
clone.

Puppet master fails to start with the following error:

    Could not parse configuration file: Could not autoload active_record: 
uninitialized constant Puppet::Rails

Attached, please find the puppet.conf and output from puppet master --verbose 
--debug --trace.
